APPLICATION FORM FOR THE 2013
SCHUYLER FOUNDATION FOR CAREER BRIDGES GRANT AWARDS

Career Bridges is now accepting applications for the 2013 Career Bridges Grant Awards.
** THE APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO APRIL 15th **
Applicants must be graduates of a university or a conservatory, show outstanding potential for a career; and be between the ages of 21-31, with special exceptions for rare voice types.
$3000 grants will be awarded annually for a total of three years with renewed evaluation by our Panel of Experts.
$500 Encouragement Grants plus evaluation from our Panel of Experts will also be awarded.
Applicants will be notified by e-mail if they have been accepted for the final auditions to be held in New York City to be held on May 10, 2013. Winners’ evaluation before the Panel of Experts will be held on May 11, 2013 in NYC. The 2013 Grant Winners are required to perform during the Career Bridges Gala at the Essex House in NYC, May 14, 2013.
There is a nonrefundable $25 application fee payable to Career Bridges.
